I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2009, and over the years I’ve helped clients through everything from simple policy setups to unexpected disasters - like office floods and even the occasional cat rescue. My goal is to make insurance less confusing, more human, and genuinely helpful when life takes a turn.
I recently completed a Diploma in Insurance Broking, adding to over 15 years of hands-on experience. I’m especially focused on supporting clients during claims—because that’s when the right cover really matters, and when I step in to help you recover quickly and confidently.
A few things about me:
• I’m a proud dad to a lively 5-year-old and two dogs who keep me on my toes.
• I’m passionate about rugby, tennis, and soccer—anything that keeps me feeling 25.
• I’m a Barker College graduate, and I bring values of integrity, resilience, and community into every client relationship—with a healthy dose of dad jokes and movie references.

With two decades of experience in the general insurance industry, I have honed my skills in attention to detail and ensuring clients receive the appropriate coverage. I graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Business & Commerce in 2004.

• I enjoy spending time with my cats and find joy in their companionship.
• I’m an avid fan of Turkish comedies and dramas.
• I love reading thrillers, especially those written by James Patterson.

I have just started at Intertrade, but I bring extensive experience in claims and customer service across all portfolios. For many individuals, lodging a claim is their first experience with this process. I am committed to guiding them through it, providing efficient service, achieving favourable outcomes, and reducing the stress involved in making a claim.
